This is nicely spiced without being too hot. It is great grated over some nachos, it gives it that extra kick!

This one is my favourites of the heat range, it's a great balance of spice and Mexican flavours for those that like that little added punch to your everyday cheddar. I bought it with the Salt and Pepper Oatcakes and they went so well together. I will definitely be rebuying.

It was my first time trying this company and their cheese has a great, deep, smoky flavour and a lovely colour to it. It feels really artisan and it paired brilliantly with the Farm Relish.
