Ordering and Delivery
Hold your horses (or cows). We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days, then it’s 2–4 working days to reach your doorstep. You’ll get tracking so you can watch your cheese make its journey like a proud parent.
Yes! Order before 12pm Monday–Thursday and choose next-day delivery. Boom. Cheese magic.
Nope! We pack everything in boxes and in the warmer months with ice packs — proper cool cows. They stay chilled all the way to your fridge.
Not yet — our cows haven’t got passports. But one day… one day.
Absolutely. Nothing says “I love you” like cheese. Add a message at checkout and we’ll send it without any prices.
Products and Ingredients
100%. Proudly British. Our cows say “moo” with an accent.
Yes! All our cheeses use vegetarian rennet unless we say otherwise.
All cheese contains milk (shocking, we know). Some flavours may contain extra allergens — they’ll always be listed loud and clear.
In the fridge at 0–5°C. Once opened, try to resist eating it all immediately — but if you manage, consume within 3–5 days.
Waxed Truckles
Please don’t. It’s wax, not a snack. Peel it off and get to the good stuff inside.

Payments and Refunds
With all the usual suspects — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna. Whatever floats your cheese boat.
Only if something arrives wrong, damaged, or questionable. We can’t take cheese back once it’s been delivered — that would just be weird. Message us within 24 hours if there’s an issue.
